The name Hart to Heart is a special play on my last name, Swanhart, and my love for what I do. Fashion has always been a passion of mine, but more than that, I believe in helping women—especially moms—feel confident and beautiful inside and out.

As a busy mom myself, I know how easy it is to put everyone else first. Between sports, schoolwork, and the never-ending to-do list, we often forget that feeling good in our own skin matters too!
